Flanders Make, the strategic research centre for the manufacturing industry, has officially presented its new top infrastructure in Lommel. Representatives of both large companies and SMEs can get support here in 3 brand new ‘living labs’ to test and perfect their new products.
In the new infrastructure, funded by subsidies from SALK and Europe, companies can discover the latest production technologies needed to jump on the Industrie 4.0 train.

With new top infrastructure, Flanders Make also wants to support the other Flemish companies to further grow into factories that produce top products.
FM now proposes 3 new laboratories where both large companies and SMEs with a heart for innovation can test and optimize their new products in real conditions. This enables them to develop and market new products better and faster.
Akron and its Japanese partner IMV shakers are therefore particularly proud to be able to help with Flanders Make’s ambitious plans to generate more production in Flanders.
