Features ACS Solar Chambers
- Solar lamp The lamp structure is made of anodized aluminum and the assembly components are made of stainless steel. The percentage of the lamp intensity can be adjusted using the touchscreen control panel. It takes approximately 3 minutes from the moment the lamp is turned on for it to reach the requested output.
- Internal chamber plug The internal chamber plug is easy to remove and/or install and makes it possible to use the chamber in its standard configuration without a lamp.
- Porthole cover panel An easy to remove and/or install inspection porthole cover panel is provided for installation in the chamber door.
- Electrical power system (EPS) This unit provides a permanent regulation of the power output. The irradiance selected will, therefore, be stabilized by means of voltage and current parameters. This device is positioned on top of the chamber.
- Maintenance The light bulb is easy to change thanks to the handy clamps provided.
- Control and management system and interfaces Controlled by PLC and Advanced HMI
- Remote access There is a wide range of possibilities thanks to the built-in MyKratos™ and MyAngel24™; multi-chamber control also available upon request.
- Electromagnetic closing system Ensures the security of environmental tests.
- Air treatment system Ensures a precise control of the climatic parameters inside the chamber with minimal thermal inertia; an axial fan allows rapid temperature variations of both air and specimen.
- Humidification system (only climatic version) The humidifier with a self-contained heater and dedicated controlling S/W offers two great advantages:
- it does not require distilled or demineralized water to operate properly
- it uses ‘dry’ vapor in order to avoid condensation on the specimens and to reproduce real environmental conditions
